Booking Cancelation Policies

 

  • In the case that the payment has been made, customers can cancel and request a full deposit refund. Which must be notified at least 3 days in advance before using the service.

  • Old Chiangmai reserves the right to refund 50% of the payment. In the case that the customer cancels less than 1-3 days before using the service.

  • Old Chiangmai reserves the right to a full refund of all payments. In the case where the customer requests to cancel the reservation on the day customers come to use the service.
